In the Hopeless Inferno frame, SyncroTel Labs is one of EV-Zero's corporate giants: a polished, frighteningly competent multinational that does everything Johnathan does in real life, scaled up until it looks like infrastructure. Software platforms, media divisions, music systems, civic records, publishing engines, research offices, archives, field logistics, gathering tools, and private command software all operate under the same badge.

Hopeless Judas is not sure he hates the company. That may be the problem. The system is too close to something he wants to believe in, so he circles it with graffiti, crank calls, goat sightings, joke transmissions, unauthorized sincerity, and suspicion until the corporation proves it is not another beautiful machine for hiding a person.

Outside the fiction, SyncroTel Labs is Johnathan Hales giving one name to all the work that would otherwise scatter: code, music, writing, worldbuilding, family logistics, memory, recovery, ambition, experiments, and the stubborn attempt to build a useful life without pretending the human parts are separate from the productive ones.

A friend wrote about the person beneath the signal. This side of the site is the honest caption under the corporate mask: here is the husband, father, programmer, musician, writer, witness, and strange little company trying to become organized enough to survive its own imagination.
