The Judaslands-connected music service now runs from SyncroTel Labs itself: public browsing and listening stay open, canon placement connects every HJ0 signal to the Hopeless Inferno, and account actions stay gated.

What Has To Stay True

Issue 01 Artifact, not upload Every track should feel like a recovered HJ0 signal with a place, witness, or archive reason inside the Judaslands.

Issue 02 Canon placement Tracks need a canon entry, region, artifact type, source URL, and summary so the player can point back to the Hopeless Inferno.

Issue 03 Access boundary Public listening stays open where the track is public. Favorites, playlists, imports, play activity, edits, and uploads require a SyncroTel account.

Issue 04 Unfiled signals New music can enter as intake, but it should eventually be attached to a Judaslands location or story pressure.
